TM Medical Properties, LLC was established by Tryon Venture Capital, LLC and Montrose Capital, LLC to provide opportunities for our high net worth investors who wish to have a portion of their investment portfolio in a core plus real estate fund. These investments are attractive to those who wish to preserve wealth and grow asset values while at the same time, receiving current distributions from inception of the investment and for the life of the investment.
TM Medical Properties, LLC purchases fully leased medical office buildings in separate Limited Partnerships for its investors. Once an investor invests in one partnership, they are given the opportunity, but not the obligation, to invest in future investments in the TM Medical Properties partnerships.
