TM Medical Properties, LLC was formed in 2016 to act as the general partner to acquire and manage real estate properties leased to health care providers who are credit tenants.

  • TM Medical Properties, LLC is comprised of two Managers—Tryon Capital, LLC and Montrose Capital, LLC, and both have extensive real estate investing experience.
  • TM Medical Properties, LLC currently owns 17 medical buildings leased to the Veteran’s Administration (3 Properties), New Hanover Medical Center (5 properties), Wilmington Health Care (I property), the Carolina’s Healthcare System (1 property), Carolina Dermatology (1 property), Novant Anderson Radiology, (1 property) Dillon Family Practice, (1 property), Charlotte Plastic Surgery Practice (1 property), Eastern Carolina Women’s Health Center, Greenville, Gastroenterology East and Endoscopy Center, Covenant Surgical Partners (1 Property), and Wilmington Eye Center  among others. TM Medical Properties owns over 325,000 square feet of medical office space and all properties are 100% leased, make distributions each quarter in the range of 7-10% per annum, and have increases in value each year since purchased.
  • In 2019-2020 we project to double the square feet of property owned by affiliates of TM Medical Properties, LLC by following our focused strategy of buying 100% leased medical properties that offer a return of at least 2 x invested capital, pay a current distribution of at least 4 points over current 10 year U.S. Treasury notes at the time of purchase with periodic increases in distributions, and increase valuation over the life of the partnership. All properties are in close proximity to the local major medical center(s).
